The West Virginia State University Army ROTC Department and Corps of Cadet would like to notify the community that they will be firing a PAC-75 howizer/Cannon at Lakin Field on the WVSU campus in Institute during the game on Saturday, November 1st starting at 1pm.  Emergency First Respondents and community establishments have been made aware of this.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact LTC Steve D.
